The Angelina Collection is a deeply personal equestrian fine jewellery collection co-designed with the designers daughter Angelina, inspired by her journey as a young rider. Created for every girl who dares to chase her dreams, this collection was not born from trends or design boards, but from the quiet rhythm of stable mornings, dusty arenas, and a little girl discovering her strength on horseback.

Angelina has always ridden with an ancient kind of courage, the kind children carry before the world teaches them to be careful. I watched her grow from a tiny rider in a helmet far too big into a poised young equestrian whose hands speak a language of instinct, honesty, and love. In every early morning ride, every muddy boot, every fall and every triumph, a story was being written, one that asked to be shaped in gold and diamond. Angelina played an active role in the design of this collection, presenting her own ideas and details, including the use of graduating diamonds to symbolise growth, progression, and confidence gained step by step, both in the saddle and in life.

This collection is more than jewellery; it is a portrait of a journey. Every piece carries something real: the courage it takes to get back on after you fall, the discipline of dawn rides and long days at the stables, the bond between a child and her pony, and the breath-holding magic of a clear round. The ponies she has loved — Emily Rose, Ladida, and Amelia Earhart — live on in the curves and silhouettes of the collection, their grace, power, and loyalty shaping every delicate detail. Each pendant, charm, and bracelet is crafted as a keepsake of childhood moments that build resilience and strengthen spirit.

The Angelina Collection also honours every mother who stands at the edge of the arena holding her breath, holding her heart, and holding the dream steady. It celebrates the resilience we teach our daughters, the strength they return to us, and the invisible thread between generations of women who rise, ride, love, and persevere.

This is our first equestrian collection, envisioned through Angelina’s eyes and inspired by her ponies, her riding friends, and her unwavering love for the sport. It marks the beginning of a series dedicated to celebrating South Africa’s riding culture,  a world of grit and grace, and of extraordinary young riders whose stories deserve to be seen. Designed with Kirsten Drew’s signature blend of African storytelling, ethical luxury, and emotional artistry, the Angelina Collection honours not just one little girl with big dreams, but the fearless spirit that lives in girls everywhere.
