How do I know which size to order?

Please check the size guide page. Although we understand that no two hands are the same size, the nature of our product means that we cannot stock every size. However, if you are not able to find your size, please do not hesitate to email us directly at info@kirstendrew.com to place a special order.
Because we cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing, please make sure you have measured your finger correctly. Remember to order a half size bigger for broad rings over 6mm. We’re happy to guide and advise you with sizing please contact info@kirstendrew.com for assistance.
Our bangles are available in three sizes – 1, 2 and 3– ensuring a perfect fit. You can even order a bespoke size, should you feel that none of these options suit. To find your fit, tuck your thumb into the palm of your hand (as if you were about to put on a bangle) and measure your hand from the outer knuckle to the inner. This is important, as your bangle size is determined by the size of your knuckles and not your wrist. You’ll find the Size Guide at the top of each of our product pages or at the bottom of the site.

What if my size is no longer available once I have placed my order?

Please be assured that it is our goal to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your size is, for some reason, unavailable, we will manufacture and send it to you. However, if this does not suit, we are happy to refund your order entirely. Should your size not be listed on our website please send us an enquiry info@kirstendrew.com and we will advise on manufacturing time.

Ordering a piece in platinum or another gold or another finish. Is this possible?

Although we strive to honour and accommodate all customers’ tastes, all Kirsten Drew gold pieces are crafted in 14ct gold, 18ct gold and silver collections in sterling silver. We have selected these metals especially because of their classic appearance and enduring beauty. All materials used to produce Kirsten Drew pieces are sustainably sourced. We may be able to assist you in certain items in platinum. However we do not offer certain finishes or techniques as these may be highly toxic to the environment. Do you charge custom duties and taxes?

Please note that prices exclude customs duties and local taxes, as these vary according to the shipping destination and are calculated at check out. This is not an additional charge by us. Please note that we cannot influence duties and tax, as these are governed by the custom laws of your country. These are among the terms and conditions you accept when making a purchase. Should you refuse to pay customs or duties, your item will be returned to us and you will receive a refund, less shipping costs and any other expenses incurred. You can discuss customs and duties with your local DHL office to discuss before making your purchase.

Will duties and taxes be returned if an item is returned?

Unfortunately Duties and taxes will not be returned. Please note that we cannot influence duties and tax, as these are governed by the custom laws of your country.

What currency are prices quoted in?

All prices quoted, whether on this website or by a customer care representative, are in US dollars. Currency conversions are determined by the bank which issued your card, and cannot in any way be influenced by Kirsten Drew

INSTRUCTIONS	Bangle size is determined by the size of your hand and not your wrist. Bring all of your fingers together with your thumb and little finger touching. Hold your hand as if you were putting on a bangle. Measure around the hand at the widest point with a tape measure or a string. Be sure to pull the tape measure or string right against your skin.
